No Face Production History

No Face Performance Group is the collaborative project of artists Jaime Maseda and Mark McCloughan. Working as a duo and with a revolving group of associate artists, they make performance using a wide variety of processes and sources. Since the group was founded in 2007, it has created 16 original works. Highlights include the Abbot Adam cycle (Ars Nova, NYC; FringeArts, Philadelphia; The Barnes Foundation, Philadelphia), and THE TOP (JACK, NYC; FringeArts, Philadelphia; Link’s Hall, Chicago).

No Face’s work has been presented at venues in Philadelphia including FringeArts, the Institute of Contemporary Art, NOSPACE, The Painted Bride Art Center, Space 1026, Little Berlin, and Vox Populi gallery. The group’s work has also been seen at venues outside Philadelphia, including The Collapsible Hole (Brooklyn, NY), P U R E O (Los Angeles, CA), Art6 Gallery (Richmond, VA), The Birdhouse (Knoxville, TN), The Aquarium Gallery (New Orleans, LA), The Alabama Art Kitchen (Tuscaloosa, AL), The Annex Theater (Baltimore, MD), the Bryant Lake Bowl (Minneapolis, MN), and the Den Theatre (Chicago, IL).
